There are a few reasons a Douugh customer may not be able to log in.

The most common reasons include:

  • Attempting to log in while overseas.

    • As an Australian based app, international login is not possible.

    • This includes via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and devices using non-Australian based app stores.

  • Your account has been temporarily restricted while we verify some additional information.

    • We will already be in contact with you if this is the case so keep an eye out for our messages. We look forward to helping you.
