If you need help recovering your Douugh login, you’ve come to the right guide.
If you remember the email and password you used to set up Douugh, follow these steps:
Open the Douugh app.
Tap ‘Forgot passcode’ (if you use a biometric login you will need to tap ‘Use passcode’ first).
This will bring you back to the base login screen and from here you can:
Tap ‘Log in’.
Enter the email address and password you set up when joining Douugh.
From here you will be prompted to set up a new PIN and/or reset your biometric log in.
If you don't remember the password you set up with your email login, then follow these steps:
Open the Douugh app.
Tap ‘Forgot passcode’ (if you use a biometric login you will need to tap ‘Use passcode’ first).
This will bring you back to the base login screen and from here you can:
Tap ‘Log in’.
Tap ‘Forgot password’.
Enter the email address you used to join Douugh and tap ‘Next’.
Check your email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Note - Keep an eye on your junk/spam filters for the password reset email.
