If we’re unable to debit any fees from the account you’ve provided, we’ll attempt to debit the account once more.

If the payment fails a second time, we’ll send you an email with further instructions on how to make payment.

Please note that as we provide funds to you instantly when funding is requested, we’ll need to reverse these funds out of your Douugh account, if payment is not made.

Failed direct debits may incur a $15 fee, so make sure you choose the correct account.

Finally repeated dishonored direct debits can lead to termination of the account.
