If our customer service team cannot reach you, we will put a hold on your account until the fees are paid.
Having an account on hold only limits app usability.
If the fees continuously fail consecutively over months we will stack the fees.
For example, if you did not pay for your Portfolio fee last month, and we could not get a hold of you and your account is on hold only, then next month the fee will stack on.
