Stockback™ is only paid on settled transactions, which can take a few days to settle and then show in the app.
If you think you are missing Stockback™ on a settled transaction, please reach out so we can look into it for you.
We can be best reached by following these steps:
Log in to the Douugh app.
Tap your 'Profile' in the bottom right hand corner.
Tap 'Help & Support' and choose 'I need help'.
Tap 'Send us a message'.
Tap ‘I need help using the Douugh app’ then ‘Stockback™’.
Tap ‘I think I’m missing a Stockback™ reward’.
From there we will request some information to be able to investigate for you.
