Once you have signed up to Douugh, the Spot Jar is found on your home screen and it will display your Spot limit (up to $1000).

The amount offered to you will depend on your individual assessment.

If you are able to log into the Douugh app and cannot see the Spot Jar, this means we are not able to offer you a Spot of any amount. This will be because of your individual assessment results, and at this stage, represents a final outcome that cannot be changed.

There are a range of reasons why someone may not be eligible for a Spot, however, in the interests of safety and security we do not access or share this personal information.
