If you are not eligible to be offered a Spot (of any amount) this will be because of your individual assessment results, and at this stage, represents a final outcome that cannot be changed.

This may mean you can log in to the Douugh app and see our other services, but there will be no Spot Jar available.

There are a range of reasons why someone may not be eligible for a Spot, however, in the interests of safety and security we do not access or share this personal information.
