Yes! We take the safety of people's information and investments very seriously here at Douugh. We take safety so seriously that sometimes our dedication and protection can impact your experience with Douugh. If you ever find yourself requiring to verify bits and pieces to use Douugh, please know we do this to keep us all safe.

Your personal information

We encrypt all data and have it stored in secured facilities through Amazon Web Services.

Your Douugh card

As Douugh Cards are a virtual Mastercard you can be sure you have a sophisticated set of industry-leading tools that monitor, detect and fight fraud at every step of your spending, including before you ever make a purchase.

Together we can even identify your smartphone as yours so that others cannot purchase with your mobile credentials!

These tools are continually evolving to stay ahead of the game, and with the ability to lock and replace your card in-app as needed, our Douugh Cards can sometimes be even more secure than a traditional card.

Your funding account/s

We partner with Zepto and Basiq to ensure that your account information is encrypted securely. Additionally, we do not store login information and are always transparent about the data we view.

Your investments

Our U.S. broker Drivewealth is registered with FINRA and is a member of SIPC. Aside from acronyms, this means that all your investments are protected up to $500,000, even if you aren’t a US Citizen. As your trading account is held with a firm that is a member of the SIPC, you’ll be protected.
