To fund your US Wallet you’ll need to connect an account, which you can do by following the steps in this guide:
Once you have connected an account funding your US Wallet is easy, and can be instant!
To fund your US Wallet with your Connected Account just follow these steps:
Log into the Douugh app (or tap the ‘Home’ button if you are already logged in).
Tap 'Invest Jar’.
Tap ‘US Shares’.
Tap ‘Transfer Money’.
Tap ‘Into US Wallet”.
From here you can:
Tap ‘Change’ in the ‘From’ tile if you want to choose a funding source different to your default.
Tap ‘Change’ in the ‘Funding type’ tile to choose your funding speed.
Once you have made your choice’s all you need to do is:
Enter the amount you’d like to fund (Minimim $50).
Tap on ‘Next’.
Review the details in the funding summary and if they are right tap 'Confirm’ then ‘Submit.
Depending on your choice of funding speed, the funds may appear in your US Wallet balance immediately for you to use.
Please note there is a one-off $5 USD fee on first-time funding. This is used to complete your W-8BEN form automatically.
