We’re all about making your life easier, which is why we have set up Douugh to attempt to automatically deduct your Spot repayments from your Spot repayment card as they fall due.

If there are not enough funds available in your Spot repayment card to cover your repayments, we will attempt to debit the repayment again every 24 hours for 90 days.

If these attempts continue to be unsuccessful, we will contact you to help you make up any missed payments.

Repeated overdue Spot repayments could result in your Spot limit being removed, or the Spot service may be removed for you. To keep on top of things, use our Snooze function to avoid late payments!

Continued failure to pay back a Spot repayment can escalate further and we hope to work with you to avoid such escalation.
