We’re all about making your life easier, which is why we have set up Douugh to attempt to automatically deduct your Spot repayments from your Spot repayment card as they fall due.

If there are not enough funds available in your Spot repayment card to cover your repayments, we will attempt to debit the repayment again 24 hours later.

If the 2nd debit attempt also fails, then we will try your backup card again for a 3rd and final time in another 24 hours.

If all these attempts are unsuccessful, we will contact you to help you through making up any missed payments.
