We’re all about making your life easier, which is why we have set up Douugh to attempt to automatically deduct your Spot repayments from your Spot repayment card as they fall due.

If there are not enough funds available in your Spot repayment card to cover your repayments, we will attempt to debit the repayment again every 24 hours for 60 days.

If these attempts continue to be unsuccessful, we will contact you to help you make up any missed payments.
