We’re all about making your life easier, which is why we have set up Douugh to attempt to automatically deduct your Spot repayments from your Spot repayment card as they fall due.

If there are not enough funds available in your Spot repayment card to cover your repayments, we will attempt to debit the repayment from your Spot repayment card 24 hours later.

If the 2nd debit attempt also fails, then we will re-try your card again for a 3rd and final time in another 24 hours.
