Setting up Autopilot is quick and easy; it should take you less than five minutes.

You can set up Autopilot in two ways.

  • When initially choosing a Portfolio.

  • At any time by tapping ‘Autopilot’ from the home screen.

Once your in the Autopilot Hub:

  • Tap ‘Get Started’.

  • Select the Amount and Frequency of your deposit.

  • Choose when your next investment is.

  • Connect your bank account through Basiq or manually.

  • Choose how you’d like to divide your investment;

    • This can be to your choice of combinations throughout Portfolios, US Shares and your US Wallet.

Once you’ve set up Autopilot, changing when, how much and how often you invest with Autopilot can be done via your Autopilot hub.

If you make any changes to your Autopilot settings, don't forget to swipe down to the bottom of your Autopilot hub and tap ‘Next’ to save the changes you have made!

If you would like to pause or stop your Autopilot:

  • Log into the Douugh app (or tap ‘Home’ if you are already logged in).

  • Tap ‘Autopilot’.

  • Tap ‘Edit’.

  • Tap ‘Edit’ (next to ‘Amount and Frequency’).

  • Leave the frequency as is and tap ‘Next’.

  • Change the amount you would like to invest to $0 and tap ‘Next’.

  • Swipe down to the bottom of the Autopilot Hub and tap ‘ Next’.

  • Swipe down on the ‘Confirm & Save page’ and tap ‘Confirm Future Buy’.

Your Autopilot will then be stopped.

If you like to at anytime start it again, just follow the above steps but add in the amount you'd like to invest.
