    This is absolutely ridiculous. I put my money on there for a very time sensitive issue and now it's not letting me use it. And why would a new financial institution not have a customer service phone number? That's crazy to me.

    Hi Xtra,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I've spoken with our customer services team and we can see that you've not activated your card, you won't be able to use your card without first activating it.
