Unable to connect to my credit/debit card account from other bank
I have tried many times to connect to my credit and debit card accounts at another large national bank which is available through Plaid. Once I get to the last step I simply get an "Oops, something went wrong." message then I am taken back to the Plaid connect screen. Any idea what is going wrong or how I can get a more helpful error message?
