Can't finish creating account on app

I'm using an iphone SE (original), and I'm unable to click 'next' after inputting my address info. The zipcode and state fields are on top of the 'next' button, making it impossible to proceed. Is there a way around this? Can I make an account through a customer service number?

  Hi Rachel, thanks for reaching out. At the moment we don't support this device but we are looking to add additional device sizes in the near future. Stay tuned!
