We have reached the difficult decision to end end our partnership with Choice Financial Group.
As a result, we will be closing bank accounts and returning funds to customers in due course. This includes accounts and funds linked to your Spending Jar, Bills Jar and Stash Jars. Choice Financial Group, Douugh’s banking partner, will be assisting with this wind down.
We will be officially closing accounts on Tuesday, March 28th 2023, all cards and payment facilities will no longer work from Friday, January 27th 2023.
Access to your WealthPortfolio Jars will close on Tuesday, March 28th 2023. You will need to Sell and Withdraw funds from Douugh before Friday, January 27th 2023 (please allow 2-3 days after you Sell for funds to land in your Spending Jar before withdrawing).
What you need to do now
Safely and quickly transfer all your funds to your linked bank account now through the Douugh app. You will need to withdraw ALL your funds from your dedicated Jars to your Spending Jar before transferring out of Douugh.

Whilst Douugh has decided to wind-down its U.S banking operation in partnership with Choice Financial Group, the Company is in discussions with third parties to potentially form a new partnership to utilise its technology in the U.S market.
