If you know a sale occurred, but you don’t see it listed on your dashboard, don’t worry.
Until the store tells us that a sale happened, we don’t know about it. Some stores notify us within an hour, and occasionally, they take several days.
If it’s been more than four days, and you still don’t see your sale pending here, please do help@douugh.com.
