Douugh enables you to withdraw funds to a connected checking account. To execute a withdrawal, follow the easy steps below.
- Tap on See more located on the Spending Jar tile on the home screen.
- Select Account details, the fourth icon located above the black card.
- Scroll down and tap on Withdraw funds.
- Select the account that you wish to withdraw the funds to and tap Confirm, located at the top right of your screen. (If you do not have an account connected already, tap on the heart/pulse icon located on the bottom navigation to connect an external checking account)
Please note that it can take 3 business days for the funds to land in your connected account.
