Seeing something on your timeline that you’re not recognizing? Don’t panic! We will take care of you.
First, you’ll want to lock your card.
- Tap on See more on the Spending Jar section on the home screen.
- Select See details on the top left of the debit card image.
- Under Card management, you will see the option to lock your card.
Next, you’ll want to reach out to us! Please email us at email@example.com and provide the details regarding the transaction(s) that you are looking to dispute.
