Hey, it happens!
If your Douugh card is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged, follow the below steps to receive a new card!
- First, tap on See more on the Spending Jar section on the home screen.
- Select Account details, the fourth icon located above the black card.
- Under Card management, select the option that applies to your card situation.
4. Lastly, you'll be asked to verify the address we have on file is up to date before confirming your card reshipment! If you're postal address needs to be updated please email help@douugh.com from your verified email address associated with your Douugh account. You will be issued a new virtual card right away and your new physical card will take 7-10 business days to arrive at your residence.
Please note that there is a $5 fee to replace your card. If you wish the expedite your card reshipment, please contact support at help@douugh.com There is a $20 fee to expedite your card reshipment.
