If your Douugh card is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged, follow the below steps to receive a new card!
- Tap the three dots located on the bottom-hand side of your screen.
- Head over to 'Card Management' and tap 'Lost, Stolen, or Damaged card'.
- Select the option that applies to your card situation.
- Lastly, make sure you verify that your address on file is up to date before confirming your card reshipment! You will be issued a new virtual card right away and your new physical card will take 7-10 business days to arrive at your residence.
Please note that there is a $5 fee to replace your card. If you wish the expedite your card reshipment, please contact support at help@douugh.com There is a $20 fee to expedite your card reshipment.
