We can only cancel a deposit if it's still pending! If you made a deposit in error, you will need to contact us ASAP so we can cancel it on our side. You can contact us at email@example.com or give us a call at +1 (800) 395-8416. If the deposit has already been processed, we will be unable to change/cancel the deposit. However, you can transfer money back to your external bank by following the steps below.
- Tap the 'Pay' icon located at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your Routing and Account number and select whether the account is a checking or savings account.
- Tap 'Next' on the top right-hand side.
- Enter the amount that you wish to transfer.
- Tap 'Pay' at the top right, and you're all set!
