Douugh currently uses Plaid to securely connect your external accounts to our platform. This includes your everyday banking accounts, investments, student loans, and credit cards. If you do not see your external account on the Select your bank screen or Search screen, this means that Plaid is not partnered with this institution just yet.
As an alternative, we recommend setting up your employer direct deposit with your Douugh account.
To set up your direct deposit, tap the three dots located on the bottom right of your screen and then select 'Direct Deposit'. Here, you will find your pre-filled form that some employers will need to set up your direct deposit. Simply click the 'VIEW YOUR FORM' blue button. If your employer does not require a form, you can share with them your Douugh Routing and Account numbers located on the bottom of this screen.
If you do not wish to set up your Direct Deposit just yet, we suggest contacting your bank to request a money transfer. You will need your Douugh Checking Account number as well as your Routing number. See the steps below on how to locate these numbers.
- First, tap the three dots located on the bottom right side of the app screen.
- Then, tap 'Fund Account'.
- You will find your numbers at the bottom!
