If you are experiencing this, we just need additional documentation to verify the information that you have provided on your application.
If for any reason you've exited the app, just opened it up again and log in (please do not create a new account). You will then be directed back to the document upload screen.
The types of documents we may ask for include:
- US Driver's license
- State ID
- Utility Bills
Once you've selected which document you would like to submit, you'll be given the option take a photo, choose from library or upload from files. You'll see the below screen once all documents have been successfully uploaded and submitted.
Once you have submitted the necessary documents and you've been verified you will be able to access the app and start using the Douugh features.
