Seeing something on your timeline that you’re not recognizing? Don’t panic! We will take care of you. First, you’ll want to lock your card. To do that, follow the steps below.
- First, tap the three dots located on the bottom right-hand side of your app screen.
- Then, head over to 'Card Management'.
- The next screen will be a picture of your Douugh card. Your options to manage your card will be located here. To temporarily lock your card, you’ll want to toggle the button to the right, so it goes from white to green
