Card being declined? We hate that! We suggest checking a couple of things;
- Is there a sufficient available balance to cover the charge (and potentially the preauthorization)?
- Do you have your card locked? You can find out how to check if it is here.
Additionally, you could be using your card with a flagged merchant or there could be potential fraud. If you’re still receiving a decline - reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can investigate the issue!
