Card being declined? We hate that! We suggest checking a couple of things;
- Is there a sufficient available balance to cover the charge?
- Do you have your card locked? Check your 'Card Management' section to make sure. To locate this section, head over to 'More' on the bottom right-hand of the screen and tap 'Card Management'.
Additionally, you could be using your card with a flagged merchant or there could be potential fraud. If you’re still receiving a decline - reach out to us at email@example.com and we can investigate the issue!
