Some older Androids need a couple of settings changed in order to get your card to connect successfully to our payment processor.
3DS must be enabled on all cards and the 3DS challenge must be completed before the card will be successfully connected.
Try the steps below, then re-add your card and then try taking out a Spot again
Long press the Douugh app icon
Select "app info" or "i"
Find "Set as default" options
Tap "Open supported links" and make sure this is set to "In this app"
Try card registration again from beginning
